Before shooting
Open curtains, turn on lights, remove temporary clutter, straighten furniture, and check reflective surfaces. If possible, shoot with a wide lens without distorting the room.
After shooting
Remove duplicate angles, reject blurry images, correct obvious tilt, and choose the photo that explains each room most clearly. AI staging works best when the room boundaries are visible.
